ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, membership, package, or retail product, or visiting either of our locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients and visitors of La Belle Medical Spa's Merced and Turlock locations and website at www.labellemedicalspa.com.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
La Belle Medical Spa is a physician-led medical spa operating under the medical direction of Dr. Alireza Mahmoudieh, M.D. All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals. However, nothing on our website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
All clients are required to complete a health intake and consent form prior to receiving any treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions to your provider before treatment.
APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your service.
Appointments may be booked online via our booking platform or by contacting either of our locations directly.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Your $50 deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. We appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver an exceptional experience for every client.
REFUND POLICY
La Belle Medical Spa operates as a cash-pay medical spa. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, regardless of outcome. By booking and receiving a service, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Packages: Pre-purchased service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages may be applied toward the services included at the time of purchase and are subject to availability.
Memberships: All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly membership fees will not be refunded once charged. See Section 6 for membership-specific terms.
Retail Products: All retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare or wellness products once purchased.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. See Section 7 for gift card terms.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
La Belle Medical Spa offers the following membership programs. All memberships are subject to the following general terms:

La Belle Medical Spa reserves the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice

Laser Hair Removal Membership (Silver, Gold, Platinum)

Requires a $499 one-time setup fee at enrollment

Wellness Club Membership

Facial Membership Club (Basic, Deluxe)

Requires a 3-month minimum commitment

Monthly fees will be charged for the full 3-month period regardless of usage
GIFT CARDS
La Belle Medical Spa gift cards are available for purchase at either location or online. Gift cards are subject to the following terms:

Gift cards have no expiration date

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

Gift cards may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated
AGE REQUIREMENTS

All clients under the applicable minimum age must have a parent or legal guardian present during consultation and treatment, and a signed parental consent form is required prior to service.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers and discounts available through La Belle Medical Spa are subject to the following conditions:

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, membership benefit, or discount unless explicitly stated in writing

La Belle Medical Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice

Promotional pricing applies to new purchases only unless otherwise stated
GUEST POLICY
To protect the privacy, comfort, and safety of all clients, guests including children are not permitted in treatment rooms during services. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful environment for all.
PHOTOGHRAPHY & CONSENT
La Belle Medical Spa may request permission to photograph or document treatment results for internal quality review or marketing purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary and requires your separate written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our website and booking systems integrate third-party platforms including AestheticsPro, RepeatMD, Cherry, and Podium. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. La Belle Medical Spa is not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on www.labellemedicalspa.com including text, graphics, logos, images, and branding is the property of La Belle Medical Spa and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, La Belle Medical Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Merced County, California.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
La Belle Medical Spa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
